To save time when making fruit pies, try this quick crumb topping as an easy alternative to a lattice top made with pastry...Just sprinkle a 9 oz. box of white cake mix (works better than yellow) over the fruit mixture. Drizzle 1/3 cup melted butter over the cake mix, then bake as usual...yummy!
